  I had a telephone interaction with the store that impressed me -- so much that I drove more than 1 hour to reach them. The Dream Team at the California, Maryland location of Staples Print & Marketing Services EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS with my print needs. Barb, Tim, Deb, Donna and a young man who walked my items to my vehicle were absolutely amazing.

  Excellent Service – Quick & Easy Shipping! I stopped by the Staples in California, MD to send out a package, and I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. They walked me through the shipping options, helped ensure everything was properly packed, and had me out the door in no time. Whether you’re shipping something last minute or just need reliable service, this Staples location is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  Staff was quick, courteous and efficient. I have had printing done here twice now. Something that is very important to me, is if, a staff is busy but they still acknowledge my presence and state that they will be with me as soon as possible. I always appreciate that.

  I could understand this charge if I needed copies. I could understand if I needed ANY service that required your supplies and/or your Associates help. I can NOT understand being charged $35 for a 17 page fax (to a toll free number), that I printed on MY paper and personally faxed. If these pages could have been emailed, I would have obviously gone that route. The recipient would only accept a fax. Way to take advantage of your customers that don't have a fax line at home, or a job that allows their equipment for personal use.

  Love that there is a UPS drop off here; the employee offered to print me a receipt (I was dropping off a package with prepaid label attached); very courteous and pleasant
