  It’s starting to get harder to find someone to help with the copying services at this store. I had so much difficulty trying to fax and scan my documents. I was able to finally get someone to help me after waiting in a long Amazon return line.

  I needed to have programs printed for a funeral the next morning and I was able to get them printed when there was no time available, but the evening after the services would take place. The associate and manager made it possible to get the programs printed that evening as I was in a time of need and grief. I really appreciate the kindness and support of the staff for making this possible. An act of kindness at a time when so much negativity and uncertainty is present in our society. I’m forever grateful and will always remember this moment. Kind regards!

  I had a telephone interaction with the store that impressed me -- so much that I drove more than 1 hour to reach them. The Dream Team at the California, Maryland location of Staples Print & Marketing Services EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS with my print needs. Barb, Tim, Deb, Donna and a young man who walked my items to my vehicle were absolutely amazing.

  Excellent Service – Quick & Easy Shipping! I stopped by the Staples in California, MD to send out a package, and I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. They walked me through the shipping options, helped ensure everything was properly packed, and had me out the door in no time.
