No one was out front and when your associate finally appeared all she did was look up from her phone and point to the self serve machine. My wife only found shipping bags too large plus the machine didn't work because it wouldn't provide a receipt. So your associate had to help my wife after all. She displayed the following behaviors: complete disinterest, poor communication and lack of professional customer service. It's a shame since it's so close but you've lost a customer. It is not comfortable patronizing a store that is so unwelcoming.

She was extremely short and just plain rude when I asked about their packing and shipping service and supplies that they are supposed to have. Never coming to this store again.

On one evening, I had an issue with a male employee who was extremely dismissive and refused to give his name when asked. When I brought it up, the manager didn’t seem concerned, which was frustrating.

I lost $100 and sum because of a damaged Pokemon card I could've gotten $500 for. DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE! AND SPREAD THE WORD! LET'S GET IT SHUT DOWN!
