- LPlisa POct 27, 20251.0Zero stars if I could. Postal worker refused to take packages with a detailed printed manifest. Never had this issue with any other post offices. Waste of time & money trying to use this location.

Arrived prior to my appointment time, did not complete the passport form in advance for my minors but was finished with both within 5 minutes of arrival. I was told I would have to reschedule or that she could only take one of them because each appt takes 15 minutes. Funny thing is, I had booked two appointments from 2:30 to 3 and 3:00 to 3:30. With plenty of time to process them both, she still insisted I had to reschedule. Please do not go to this postal office.

Even if you are on time for your passport appointment she feels entitled to reschedule your appointment just because she dont want to do your job. Very rude, do not visit this place for passport processing.

Because she will reschedule your appointment. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE .

Could hear them talk poorly over the phone to another customer, "I've worked here for 35 years, I know more about this that you do."
