Do not come here for any printing needs. If the manager is not on site they aren’t able to print doublesided, on thicker carton, or any adjustments. Unless manager is on site you won’t be able to print anything.

I had a completely unacceptable experience at this UPS Store involving an employee named Moe. I went in to pick up an important package from my employer (signature required), and although the tracking status showed it was delivered to the store, Moe insisted it wasn’t there and told me I would need to call UPS corporate to “figure out what happened.” My husband went in separately and was given the exact same story. When I went to a different UPS location, I was told this was the second incident that day where a package marked as delivered to an access point was not actually delivered to the store. I had to contact my employer, explain the situation, and deal with the stress on what was supposed to be my first day of work, all because of a LIE. The next morning I returned to the original store and spoke with two different employees. Not only was my package in the store the entire time, but I was also told I would need to pay a fee to pick it up. The package had never been “missing”..... it simply wasn’t looked for, and I was told outright that it wasn’t there. While the second employee "kindly" reduced the fee after learning I had tried to pick it up the day before, that does NOT excuse the fact that the package was there the entire time and I was lied to. This caused completely unnecessary stress, confusion, and anger. I left believing my work equipment had been stolen, all because Moe didn’t bother to check properly and lied instead. This store seriously needs to evaluate training, accountability, and customer service, because this experience was unprofessional, careless, and avoidable.

Visited the store on 10/17 around 11:25am. I did not know about the new self-service option for drop off. The location I usually go to does not have that, so this was new to me. I walked it and was immediately greeted with "You know what you are doing right?" I was confused so I said "no". He responded with, "haha she said no". Then he was sarcastic and patronizing when directing me to the self-service option. He gestured to the self service station and said "see?". Then he audibly sighed at a loud volume when the self-service system was not working, and he had to help me himself at the counter. I will stick with my regular location in the future and do not recommend this location. No reply from the business is needed for this review.

Don't print here, or else you might get ripped off. Let me tell you my story. Went in to print a couple of papers in color. The young gentleman at the counter said "no problem, send it to this email address and I'll take care of you." He said it's a dollar per page. I said "okay", and emailed my documents over. He then printed it, and it came out great. When he rings me up, it's almost $9 for 4 copies. I asked "how is that a dollar per page?" Turns out, there was a $2.99 "email" charge on my receipt. When I asked what that was, he said they charge to have you email something to them. I was like "seriously?" and he just shrugged and said he doesn't make the rules. I said, "well, what if I came in here with a USB stick to print, or just printed from the computer you used to print?" The employee once again just shrugged, and said that I could have done that, and said "you're the one that chose to email it." Obviously, had I known upfront that this was going to cost extra, I would have simply chosen one of the other methods such as a USB. Due to being in a rush, I did not have the time to sit and argue, or re-print it through another means, so I simply paid and left. Let this be a warning to all potential print customers, don't give your money to a place like this that tries to rip you off. It's not about the $3, it's the shady tactics used to nickel and dime you for a small profit but ensuring that customers like me will NEVER return.
