I had called to inform them that I was coming right away to get a form of mine notarized and the manager who has the notary left. I walk in and the employee says oh she left. She’ll be back in 30 minutes mind you I came between my work to quickly get it over with such a frustrating situation and a very irresponsible manager.

I even have a receipt but Amazon said a different item was received. This has never happened at other UPS Store locations. I called this UPS Store to let them know what the issue is and they said there was nothing they could do and for me to contact Amazon. This staff is GROSSLY incompetent and thieves. I believe someone from the store stole the item and returned something different to Amazon. Consumers BEWARE!!!!
