Without my asking, both women on staff at the time went through my materials to make sure I had what I needed and that everything was assembled properly (staples in the right places, proper documents paperclipped, etc.) and that I had selected the proper way to send off my materials. I was very touched by their attention to detail and grateful for a few things they pointed out I needed to fix that I had missed! Fingers crossed for a smooth process on the passport office front, but wanted to give a shout-out to this USPS location and particularly to the two female staff members who assisted me today.
