- STSussan Annais TerrellAug 2, 20221.0I made my passport appointment for my daughter and myself here, I had a very bad experience, the staff was extremely rude, they had no patience that I was going with two little children to my appointment, in the end I could only manage my daughter's passport and ask another appointment for another office for mine. I do not recommend them at all, if you plan to make your passport appointment, do not go to this place. there are plenty of other offices with friendlier staff.

My family and I got a courtesy call before we even went to get our passport done. I didn’t get the lady’s name who assisted us, but she was very helpful and very professional. The only thing is they might need to update their information, because they do not take the passport photo inside the post office. We had to go to CVS which is 10 minutes away from the location. Other than that I would recommend this place.
