My family and I got a courtesy call before we even went to get our passport done. I didn’t get the lady’s name who assisted us, but she was very helpful and very professional. The only thing is they might need to update their information, because they do not take the passport photo inside the post office. We had to go to CVS which is 10 minutes away from the location. Other than that I would recommend this place.
