The older woman in the passport department has very bad attitude her facial expressions tell all. Grumpy and mad all day never smile. The guy in passport section is also non friendly no customer service experience at all. I work in customer service for over 30 years and know how you should feel and treat people. Someone need to take action because we write the reviews for years and nothing is being done about the staff here.

I lived in Laurel for 10 years and when the three locations were open we were so poorly treated that I had to drive to another place (Savage, Burtonsville). I moved to Brentwood this August and went to this location and was treated so well, with so respect and Kimberly did all she could to help me and my disabled husband. 10 stars to her and to Andrew who also works there. 10 starts!!! I am very very please! Thank you!!!!
