- ALAngela Lewis1 day ago2.0I went in here to do two simple returns and the lady was very disrespectful. She was rushing me the whole time. After two minutes of trying , she gave up and told me to step to the side as if there was a line to the door. There were only two people behind me. And when i were ready to try again, 4 other people showed up and she let them go in front of me. I tried to tell her what the message they sent me was saying and she just kept ignoring me saying how there was nothing she can do. Very disrespectful. Y'all better off going to the one in the mall in Waldorf than this place.

- VVvictoriaDec 24, 20251.0I understand being friendly and having good customer service but when the store is filled with waiting customers to be serviced and you only have 2 workers, holding long unnecessary conversations with customers shouldn't be going on. Today is Christmas eve and it was 8 customers in the store with a line wrapped around desk and leading to the door. Ms.Rhonda held a long conversation with a senior customer as guest continued to come into the store. The other clerk was doing the best she could to print labels for guest and seal packages all while Rhonda went on and on 🙄😒.

They were creative, talented and very patient before I made a purchase and made sure I was clear with the details although the computer system was running slow which could have caused me to miss my business meeting
