I was told they were short and the line needed to be cleared before I could be helped. after 45 minutes of waiting and being told several times I needed to continue to wait until the line was cleared and watching more and more people get in line I chose to leave. There was several of us waiting for passports and finger printing and no urgency to help us. I will not be going back there. The staff is inconsiderate.

At 10:30 that morning, we got a call saying the person who handles passports called out sick and the appointment was canceled... I get that people get sick, but there should’ve been a backup plan. We rearranged our whole day and wasted time off work for nothing. That’s really frustrating and unacceptable.
