I was disappointed by their mishandling of the shipping process. I have serious concerns about what happened to the phone, as I have no confirmation that it ever reached AT&T. After trying to reach out to one of their representatives for clarification, I was met with an unhelpful attitude, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they had little regard for my situation. I strongly advise against shipping anything important through this facility. They mishandle shipments and don’t seem to take responsibility for their actions. Think twice before trusting them with valuable items; my experience was far from satisfactory! And I will follow up to make justice happen on this case. I won't rest until I find resolution and accountability for what has happened.
