    Don't come here if you want competent service !! I came here simply to scan a homework document for grad school and nome of their their machines worked. The machines couldn't even detect the size of the paper I used. Keep in mind the document I was trying to scan was on regular 8.5x11 paper. The female staff were completely clueless and incompetent on how to troubleshoot their own machines and tried to blame it on the notebook paper. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Thanks to Store Mgr. Jennifer K. and her hard-working staff on printed programs and newsletters for a high-profile literary event. Even when an error in interpreting the files was detected, her staff in printing promptly worked to problem solve and assure quality during a very busy hour in-store. Appreciated!
