The machines couldn't even detect the size of the paper I used. Keep in mind the document I was trying to scan was on regular 8.5x11 paper. The female staff were completely clueless and incompetent on how to troubleshoot their own machines and tried to blame it on the notebook paper. If I could give zero stars I would.
