  Working with Kyrah was an absolute pleasure. After attempting to send documents to Mexico via UPS and FEDEX with no luck she was able to answer all my questions and take care of getting them sent out.

  Kyrah and Keith were very helpful and patient with me. They took their time to collect inventory of each item and explained the pricing structure to me as it was my first time shipping via DHL. Initially I couldn’t complete my purchase and had to return later that day. I felt bad because they did unfortunately have to resubmit inventory but they didn’t make an issue of it. Very seamless process, I highly recommend. My only concern is that there isn’t a DHL sign visible so it is very easy to miss. However, the suite numbers are printed largely on each suite so that does help a bit. It’s the very first suite on the corner near what looks like it used to be a bank.
