Maybe the proximity to a Maryland ABS store, or the Dunkin, think is just a benefit of location. Guess I’m on my way to the Kensington store for all future business. No images needed for this review.

The employee who assisted me had a noticeably negative attitude throughout the entire interaction, dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Their tone and behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. What bothered me most was that some of their actions came across as discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, it left me feeling singled out and disrespected. No customer should walk away feeling that way. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better training, because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I will be going to a different location from now on.
