- FDFrancoise DBSep 12, 20251.0This is by far the worst UPS location I have ever visited. I went to the HAMPDEN UPS for the first time to drop off a few packages, and I very much regret it. The store appeared to be run by youngsters who were rude and dismissive toward me, a senior in my eighties. I brought properly labeled envelopes, stapled at the ends, and asked the clerk (a young man with red cheeks) if he could help seal them, since I had run out of tape at home. He told me it would cost $1 per envelope just to add a tape. When I picked up their stapler to add a couple more staples myself, he made a scene and refused to accept my packages, handing them back and telling me to ship them elsewhere. The lack of courtesy and professionalism here was shocking,
