- SASade AdesoyeMar 17, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. I came here three separate times trying to get a passport for my daughter and was unsuccessful each time. The first two times I came were on Saturdays as a walk-in. The first time I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and was told they were already booked for the day. The second time I came even earlier, at 7:30 a.m., but when they opened the doors at 8:00 a.m. I was told they no longer accept walk-ins. The third time I made an appointment. Unfortunately I arrived about 5 minutes late and was turned away. I had my 8-month-old child with me and there was absolutely no compassion or flexibility shown. After three attempts, this process was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you need passport services, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
