    Zero stars! Absolute failure of logistics and integrity at the Beltsville hub. This carrier held items 40 miles from the destination for 27 days, cycling through 10+ 'rescheduled' delivery dates without ever delivering. Most concerning was the documented falsification of records: despite speaking directly to our administrative staff, the driver/hub logged the status as 'unable to contact recipient' to hide their own delays. They have since attempted to scrub tracking history to avoid accountability. Amazon Executive Relations had to intervene and bypass them entirely to resolve the matter. Avoid this carrier!!!

    Well well well, this a positive feedback! I ordered a 65” LG OLED C5 through LG Partner. The delivery was originally scheduled for March 21, and it did arrive on that date. However, my experience with Sales Customer Service was very poor. At one point, they told me my delivery had been rescheduled to March 23 and even offered me a $75 compensation for the inconvenience. The issue is that this information was not accurate—the app continued to show March 21 as the delivery date. When I called again to clarify, they rescheduled the delivery yet again, this time to a window between March 26 and April 6, which was extremely frustrating and confusing. It felt like every time I called, the delivery date changed for the worse. I was honestly ready to cancel and return the order. However, IT Customer Service handled the situation much better. They helped me file a complaint, and I received a response the same day confirming that my TV would arrive on March 21. The delivery itself, handled by RXO, went smoothly. The delivery team was professional and courteous. In summary, the product and final delivery were great, but the Sales Customer Service experience needs significant improvement.

    My package has now been out for delivery for 3 weeks and this company says they don’t have any tracking information that the package does not exist

    Ordered through IKEA. Paid to have it delivered on a specific date. After delivery window passed without order being delivered I had to be the one to reach out and figure out where my item was. Zero info initially and was later contacted that the truck had broken down and I had to reschedule through IKEA. Zero accountability or willingness to fix their issue. Now I have to wait another week for my item. I hope IKEA stops using them

    Incompetent. Ordered an appliance for installation and haul away of old one. Crew delivered, but said couldn’t install that day. Rescheduling installation and haul away was like pulling teeth. Chat and telephonic customer service kept saying they were “elevating” the issue to some other customer service unit, as if this were a solution, but we never received any follow up. After about a month of fruitless back-and-forth, including numerous calls to parent company LG, we managed to get an appointment for installation and took off from our jobs to ensure someone was here to meet the technicians, and they canceled again without notice. LG should not use this company, as they are apparently incompetent at their jobs. We ended up paying for a handyman to complete installation. Avoid this company if you can.
