    Worst experience and customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. First delivery canceled 3 hours into a 4 hour delivery window. Second attempt at delivery arrived 2 hours after the delivery window ended on a Saturday night. Team had to come back to finish an adjustment missed at the delivery. Team canceled appt an hour after they were to arrive. Called RXO to reschedule again. Team then broke screw and had to order an entirely new dryer. Next delivery scheduled without my consent for when I was out of town. Then, team insisted on delivering the new dryer without picking up the dryer to be returned to LG because they were SEPARATE orders. First dryer sat in living room for a week until they could pick it up. All in, this process took over 40 phone calls to LG and RXO. No communication occurred between RXO or LG either. I will never deal with RXO again and will inquire in the future before any purchases if the company uses RXO for deliveries.

    ZERO stars. No delivery. The guy called me 3:36 pm and said he'd be here in 30 to 35 mins. No show. When I sent a CHAT and called RXO customer service, they both insisted I WASN'T HOME! Who would leave their house if they're expecting a delivery? They kept insisting the guy called me and I wasn't home. No phone call and I AM AT HOME. They send the appliances back. I've seen this excuse in most of the reviews. How do they stay in business? I've emailed LG and asked for a refund. I will not do business with these lying morons.

    Ordered through IKEA. Paid to have it delivered on a specific date. After delivery window passed without order being delivered I had to be the one to reach out and figure out where my item was. Zero info initially and was later contacted that the truck had broken down and I had to reschedule through IKEA. Zero accountability or willingness to fix their issue. Now I have to wait another week for my item. I hope IKEA stops using them

    Incompetent. Ordered an appliance for installation and haul away of old one. Crew delivered, but said couldn’t install that day. Rescheduling installation and haul away was like pulling teeth. Chat and telephonic customer service kept saying they were “elevating” the issue to some other customer service unit, as if this were a solution, but we never received any follow up. After about a month of fruitless back-and-forth, including numerous calls to parent company LG, we managed to get an appointment for installation and took off from our jobs to ensure someone was here to meet the technicians, and they canceled again without notice. LG should not use this company, as they are apparently incompetent at their jobs. We ended up paying for a handyman to complete installation. Avoid this company if you can.

    This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had customer service or competent workers is not a requirement or skill needed to work at this company. I will cancel any future order I place if this company is delivering. They canceled my order 3 hours after the delivery time. I got no info when I inquired where my order is, I was just told will call you back with an update which never happened. I got the pictures the driver sent and he was three blocks away from my house. Did not even attempt to go to my house. I also told them I could provide them video footage of other box delivery trucks, making deliveries on my block and to show them that my sidewalks and streets were clear of snow.
