Worst experience I’ve had living in the U.S. over the past two years.
I purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave from Samsung, scheduled to be delivered by this company. It has been over 40 days since the purchase, and today, for the fifth time, the delivery scheduled for tomorrow (the 7th) was canceled and rescheduled for the 12th.
In the four previous attempts, they simply did not show up and only informed me at the end of the day, after hours of waiting, that the delivery would not happen. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer, extremely poor communication, and zero accountability.
Businesses, please do not hire this company to handle deliveries.
Samsung, please urgently review your contract with this service provider, as they are severely damaging the customer experience.

My experience with RXO’s delivery and installation team was unacceptable from start to finish. They failed to clean up after themselves, leaving screws, wood chips, and debris from the holes they created scattered throughout my kitchen.
Several parts of my dishwasher were left uninstalled and simply tucked away to make it appear as though the unit was properly installed. On top of that, my cabinets and microwave were scratched during the process, showing a complete lack of care for my home.
This was also the second visit, as the team initially claimed I did not have the proper shutoff valves for the dishwasher and refrigerator. I informed them that the previous installation team had no issue, and I was never advised,at any point,that a specific type of shutoff valve was required to complete the service.
I was also told that I needed to remove half an inch of tile from my backsplash border in order for the microwave to be installed correctly, only for them to install the new microwave in the exact same location as the old one.Making the tile modification completely unnecessary.
To make matters worse, they left my old refrigerator sitting in the middle of my kitchen, stating it was “too heavy” to move. This was part of the service I paid for.
Overall, this was the worst installation experience I’ve ever had.Samsung seriously needs to reevaluate the quality and professionalism of the teams representing their brand.

I am reposting since my first review was deleted .
This is the second time this has happened to me with this order. I have not had any appliances and it is costing my family more money every day. I have been confirmed delivery and times. I accommodated my work schedule for this. Then I get called 1 hour before that it will not be completed. It is again more days that I will not have appliances and having to spend more money on eating out. In addition, I will have to take off work again. The people on the phone were not helpful and would not allow to reschedule.
This needs to be rectified as soon as possible. I need to this to be delivered by tomorrow. I have been patient with the first time that it was reschedule, but again this is happening.
Samsung was able to help me get in contact with someone else at rxo who was able to “guarantee” it would be delivered tomorrow. Now I’m being told that it will not happen.

Terrible customer service. Ordered through ikea. Had a scheduled delivery date. The morning of the delivery we got a notification (NOT a phone call) that the "location was not accessible" called the 1800 number to figure out why the delivery failed. We did not receive any phone call from this company regarding any issue, instead they just unloaded my order back at the hub. After contacting 3 different people who all said they don't have direct contact with the hub center, I finally got in contact with someone at the hub (after 6 hours attempting to get an answer) who was unprofessional and still didnt know why it failed. After being put on hold, they contacted the drivers who claimed the address didnt pull up on their GPS. We confirmed the address and the address was correct. I have had several different freight companies deliver to my address with no issue. Tried again to get an answer why it failed other than address issue and the gentleman kept telling me that the location not accessible and that I would have to reschedule another delivery date with ikea. I requested to speak with a manager but apparently their is no manager on site.
Unfortunately this company only delivers to my area on Fridays. We will see if my order ever arrives

This is the most incompetent delivery service I have ever encountered I really question how they are still in business and I had an option based off the ratings on Google alone I would have never chose this company to service my delivery, but I did not have an option as the source I bought my item from chose this company. I don’t need to go into details because I read other reviews and had very similar experiences of incompetence. I rarely give bad reviews but this was literally the most painful and worst experience ever.
