RXO as an organization is awful. I had a Samsung fridge, oven, and microwave delivery a month ago. A minor issue kept the fridge from being delivered into my house, but the team said to call RXO about a rescheduled delivery. The issue was fixed within minutes, and I called RXO. A month later, I have no fridge, and when I call RXO (several timesa week), they promise emails to the local warehouse, but I never got a response. I got my issue elevated to the issue resolution team. They said someone had marked the fridge delivered the week before (so 3 weeks after the original date) but called the warehouse for me. Someone then called me to create a new delivery ticket and get a date set. I wake up early to unload my old fridge, and I get a call from the delivery team to update me on when they should arrive. The person then asked about what service they were doing. I said delivering a fridge. They said the ticket only said install something, not deliver. How hard is this to complete? Find the fridge meant for me in the warehouse and put it on a truck for my house! I'll manage installation myself. Poor team, poor operations. Avoid if possible.

We ordered an LG dryer. RXO didn't install it properly and took the parts needed to install it correctly away with them.

Horrible experience I don’t even know why ikea even bothers with this company they can’t follow simple instructions, They’ve already messed up my delivery 3 consecutive times despite ikea leaving clear instructions for them, Granted I received my package but this a HORRIBLE experience even the day of delivery they still messed up. The company is going to reply saying they’ll look into it but they aren’t because this wouldn’t be such a constant issue hence the 1.7 review I’m sure they’ll reply to this too but I’d just recommend you buy something from Amazon or go to IKEA in person

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. I will never do business with a company that ships through RXO ever again. I had ordered a refrigerator through Samsung’s website and it was shipped via RXO. I followed all of the instructions for delivery day which was on a Saturday so that I didn’t have to take off from work. . The driver calls me at the very end of the delivery window to tell me he is 30 mins away. 2 hours later he shows up. He comes in and then refuses to deliver the refrigerator because I did not have a waterline shutoff vale located directly behind the refrigerator. (It was located under the sink a few feet away) I asked him if he could deliver it anyway without hooking up the water line and I would do it or have a plumber install the shutoff valve but he refused again. I honestly think he just didn’t want to deliver the refrigerator and carry it up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor in my townhome at the end of his shift on a Saturday and found any excuse he could. Anyway he leaves (while leaving my front door wide open with the dog home) and puts in his notes that I refused the delivery and said it did not fit. (Not true) I call RXO on the following Monday to reschedule the delivery and they set me up for the next Friday which I had to take off of work for. Later that night I get a text from RXO stating it will be delivered the following morning between 7-11am. I had to call back again and argue that that wasn’t the original date we agreed upon and they changed it again back to Friday because that was the day I took off from work. Thursday afternoon comes around and I get a call from RXO stating that the refrigerator will not be coming because they could not find the refrigerator in the warehouse and they lost it. I spend several more hours on the phone with them trying to figure out where it is. They say they might be able to find it and if they do it will still come Friday. Friday comes and no refrigerator. I spend several more hours on the phone with RXO and the finally found my refrigerator and set me up for delivery the following day (Saturday). I cancel all of my plans for Saturday morning and miss my kids softball game to be home for this delivery. Saturday morning comes around. The delivery driver shows up and says he is there for the service call I requested. I was like no, you’re supposed to be delivering a refrigerator. He informs me that he does not have a refrigerator for me on his truck and that he was just here for a service call. He told me that if he was the one delivering it the previous week he totally would have delivered it and just left it without the water line hooked up for me to do. He leaves because he has nothing for me. I call RXO again and spend another 2 hours on the phone with them and their “escalations” team. They read through the notes and apparently now the refrigerator was found but it was damaged and they sent it back to Samsung. This company has been a complete waste of of my time and have had several hours of my time wasted. Now I had to call Samsung and reorder my refrigerator and wait for a new one to come again. Such a fiasco. Bottom line, do not do business with this awful company. There is a reason why they only have 1.7 stars. (That’s 1.7 too many of you ask me)

The entire saga is too long and bizarre to fit into a review, but RXO is the most incompetent company I've ever interacted with. The short version is: 1) they delivered a Samsung washer to my second story laundry room (those two delivery guys are the only competent people I've dealt with); 2) that washer leaked, so Samsung sent a replacement; 3) the next delivery guys showed up and said the washer wouldn't fit up the stairs...I know that sounds hard to believe, since there was an identical washer sitting on my second floor, but it's what they said, so they took the washer back on the truck; 4) I called to reschedule the order, but the rep said they couldn't reschedule it yet and they would reach back out; 5) a couple days later, I hadn't heard from them, so I called, and RXO had cancelled my delivery a few days later because they said I didn't respond to the request to schedule...despite me literally calling them to do that very thing; 6) we took the stair railings off to accommodate Mr. "the stairwell shrunk since last time so this identical washer won't fit" delivery guy, and then the day he was scheduled to come pick up the leaking one to take back, he called and asked if I had reserved parking for him (he got ticketed the previous time for parking too close too a fire hydrant, so I can only guess that he thinks a parking permit will prevent that from happening again), which of course I hadn't, so he refused to come; 7) I cannot get RXO to come pick up this leaking washer, so I can't get my new order delivered, and I continue to have a leaking washer in my house; 8) every person you can talk to at RXO only has the ability to "email the local facility", and then they call you the next day with no resolution saying the same thing, such as "oh, they didn't deliver it because it wouldn't fit" or "they need special parking permits". I wonder where they think the guys parked before or how they think the washer got up the stairs... If I read this online, I would assume the reviewer was just a crybaby who complains about everything, but this is all completely true. Based on my experience trying to get any of this resolved, I HIGHLY doubt this person who's replying to the reviews is doing anything meaningful. Don't order from anyone who uses RXO. Another reason to buy local.
