My package was mishandled and not taken seriously, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service here is terrible — they seriously need to retrain or replace the front desk staff. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I haven't had residential mail delivery in two weeks and can't pick up my mail at the counter. No explanation, no interest in providing the minimum level of customer service. Only received one star because there wasn't a lower option.

I haven’t had my mail in 4 days and was told they have 21 days to deliver it. Though in informed delivery it says it was supposed to be delivered. The mail is very important to me and I need it. It would be nice if they would take their jobs seriously.
