- RWrosalind williamsonFeb 9, 20261.0Apparently, both the supervisor and the employee responsible for resolving this issue are unaware of the service agreement between UPS and USPS. The shipping label in question was purchased through the Shopify Shipping app. According to USPS tracking, the package is currently lost in the system. I received a call from a woman who stated she was the individual designated to resolve undelivered items. I informed her that the service used was USPS Select / UPS Ground Saver, and that the package was dropped off at my local post office as instructed. On Saturday, I received a call from my customer; however, I did not receive any call or notification from the post office regarding inaccurate postage or any other issue. I contacted USPS on Monday, 2/9, in an attempt to obtain information, but my efforts were unsuccessful. Neither employee I spoke with was aware of this service and would not allow me to explain that UPS most likely has possession of the package, as the postage was purchased through UPS and paid in full accordingly. One employee disconnected the call due to a lack of knowledge, and the supervisor I later spoke with was extremely unprofessional. When I requested their names, both individuals refused to provide them. This situation is unacceptable and detrimental to my business operations. It has directly impacted my ability to provide proper customer service to my client. Due to the conduct and lack of knowledge demonstrated, I will be filing a formal complaint.
