- JAJaeThy ArtistMar 23, 20261.0I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is by far the worst USPS location I’ve experienced in the 21206 area. There appears to be a serious lack of structure and management support. I visited three separate times to verify my identity and receive my mail. On my third visit, I was told that no one knew when a manager or supervisor would be available to assist with the issue of backed-up mail. While the teller made an effort to help, she was clearly limited due to the absence of leadership. Each time I visit, the atmosphere feels disorganized and unwelcoming, and staff often seem frustrated. While I understand that workplace challenges happen, the lack of organization and management presence is negatively affecting customers. I don’t expect immediate change, but after living in this area for some time, it’s clear this location needs stronger leadership and better structure.

- KAKeisha AtleeFeb 14, 20261.0We were scheduled for 4 family members to get passports and upon arrival were told the passport agent called out, how unfortunate they didn’t give the courtesy of calling to let us know, they sent us to a Towson branch and upon arrival we were told the camera was broken and the other branch was supposed to tell us that before we proceeded to that location. Their attitude at each location lacked any concern or consideration.
- RSRoman SageFeb 6, 20265.0I don't know exactly why this location gets a bad rep. It was seamless, the clerk @ 2 pm- whom I did not get by name was very helpful, greeted back and was informed. Remember folks we're all human and it's never that deep in this life.
