I've tried calling the post office supervisor, they have an attitude just for asking if you can pick up your mail. As a small business owner, I receive payment for my services via mail. This is how we pay our bills. Not having your mail for weeks at a time is completely unacceptable. Not being treated with dignity or at least kindness when asking about your mail delivery shows a complete lack empathy regarding this. I have informed delivery, so I can see exactly how much mail we have missed out on.

No one on my street have received their mail either. I have no sympathy because of COVID. As somone else stated, these are FRONT LINE workers. It is ridiculous not to receive mail in over two weeks! I have Bills due and money that I am relying on via the US mail service. I cannot get through to anyone on 3 numbers that I have for this mail office. This system at this post office needs to be changed and something needs to be done. I am about to escalate and call the city halls office. Everyone else should do the same.

Even though a Mail Carrier saw it at the office, even named the company name to me, and said did not know why the female carrier who had my route did not delivery my package. I saw the carrier that day drop mail in my box and leave, then I got a notification saying package Delivered. I watched her delivery NO PACKAGE! Its a 29lbs package. STOLEN!!!!!!
