- MGmelanie gorisApr 1, 20261.0Will say “the system is down” if you come within an hour of closing because they do not want to work. Every day I go the system is down between 3-4pm. Very convenient for them place needs to be shut down and completely new staff that actually feel grateful for a job

- ATAmanda TalbotMar 9, 20261.0To start my mail carrier working out of the same location is great! The woman at the counter though... Miserable human being. I took my elderly mom to change her address. Brought the documentation required according to the email. First, the woman at the counter would not accept my mom's passport as ID. Then, when I offered the additional paperwork that the email indicated we would need, she said "I don't care what that email says." And told my mom and me to "get out of the way for other customers". ...there were no customers. I was shocked at how rude this woman was and embarrassed for her and for the entire branch for presenting such an unprofessional and unkind image to the community. It is not fair to customers or other postal workers who are doing their jobs with pride and respect. Do better young lady... if not for customers or coworkers, for yourself. You may be unhappy, but inflicting your issues on others harms you and people who care about you, more than those of us who are simply trying to change an address.
