  DO NOT DO IT!! The “recruiters” will call you & lie lie lie lie lie! You will quit a job or pass up an actual job or @ minimum you will waste your time because they will have you thinking they care & tell you a job is several months or a year & then when you’re told 4 days later that today is your last day (along with all the other workers that are there through this crooked company), they won’t even have the common decency to return your call! They have done this to my husband SEVERAL TIMES! He has given a notice @ a job only for the job that Aerotek promised him to never even start then another time he took off 2 hours to go take his drug screen & then the guy never responded or called so on Sunday night when he said where do I go tomorrow for work, he hears— OH SORRY I overpromised positions so now we don’t need you! Then he calls him back days later & offers the same job but for $4 less an hour! At minimum you owe us an apology! You don’t treat employees this way & he was with your company for many years with no issues until his contact person passed away & unfortunately he was the only honest employee you had I guess! Quick update… My husband joined the IBEW after this HORRIFIC experience we had with Tradesmen & other companies like this & he now makes almost twice as much money & so far has had no issues with layoffs or not having local work. Now this also has a lot to do with politics, unfortunately but I would certainly check all options before jumping into anything & just be super cautious!
