  Very defficient service with an attitude. Amazon returns are supposed to be prepaid but this store charges you $7? And the explanation is because they are part of the Marriot's BusineS Center. Then adopt the customer service of the hotel! I just walked away as I did not want to waste my ttime and energy. I drove to Canton instead to a real UPS store. After looking at previous reviews, the owner spends his time responding to bad reviews with the quote of "this is a special UPS venue..." Well... Here is an idea: Make the store self-service if you can't control the quality of the customer service. The owner should stop responding with this non-sense statement and spend time at the store rectifying the multiple issues proactively and not after the incident occurs.

  F this place. They charge fees just to drop off packages that already have the UPS freight paid for. Rude customer service as well.

  Just stopped in to ship some things home and had an awesome experience! The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful! You can't beat the convenience either.

  Had a very quick print turnaround and Morgan was able to coordinate everything for us and get the job done! We really appreciate it!

  Inconvenient despite the location. No drop-off fee advertised, and attitude from staff is probably a direct result of having to surprise people with the handling fee. I'd be pissed too if I constantly surprised people with a hidden fee -that sucks. Tl;dr: $5 drop-off fee, not worth it, don't take staff demeanor personally.
