- LCLauren CampbellFeb 9, 20261.0This UPS location is awful—long lines (out the door), visible trash, packages stacked in the front blocking access to mailboxes, an unpleasant smell, limited tight parking and slow service in a dim, unwelcoming atmosphere. I brought an Amazon return with a QR code; the employee printed and taped the label, then charged me $3.18 for one page without warning. I did not pay and said I would come back after printing it myself, the label was thrown away. If I knew I had to pay $3 for a shipping label, I would of printed at home for a UPS pickup. I had just been to the nearby FedEx, where multiple labels were printed for free and the service and ambiance was night and day. If you have a choice, go to FedEx.
