I received outstanding and heroic service from Eun at this store. I had left a shoulder bag in a restaurant and was on the train back to Philadelphia before I realized it. I cold called this store and asked if there was any way they could go pick it up and ship it to me in Philadelphia. Incredibly, they agreed to do that and shipped it to me overnight that night. Amazing service!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Im a out of state truck driver and
I had a few packages delivered here from Amazon.
I got half of my order and he refused the rest of the packages.Then proceeded to charge me $70 to pick up the half order.
Absolutely useless P.O.S that shouldn't be working a UPS store.
ADVOID THIS PLACE like it's the new strain of covid.
UPDATE:
The refused package got delivered again when I tried to change the adress.
I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THIS GUY to release my package.
He demanded I delete this review then he would release it after I paid another 70$.
What a day🤣

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! If I could give this store negative stars I would. I went in for a Passport photo, it was 25$ outrageously expensive, (it was my first time getting a passport and I didnt know better) when i got home to upload the photo it was too dark to be accepted (so i did not receive the adequate service i paid for) and when I complained and asked for a refund, the elderly manager was immediately rude, dismissive and defensive, he has no customer service expertise whatsoever. Unfortunately, it is a private, independent UPS franchise so there is no oversight. This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to
