I understood that our sign was a custom build because of its' size (30' x 7') and it still came in and was installed on time. To e/mail a small business for service may not be the best route because there's not always time to to check e/mails on the regular when your business is a practical one as apposed to sitting behind a desk all day. So I always call and these guys get back asap. I would not use anyone else, their service, politeness and punctuality are appreciated. Oh and I have a 30 year old hand made huge neon sign and these guys get it going every time, where as most companies would say you need a new one. My sign is sentimental to me! Here's a pic but it looks great in person, too sunny today. Thank you Pasadena Signs
