  Working with Nikki was AMAZING. She was very professional, super-prepared, comprehensive, and thorough. She went beyond "checking the boxes" by thinking more broadly about what might be helpful to my business even when I didn't know enough to bring it up myself. She toed the line between gently pushing and suggesting new things to me, yet honoring my vision & preferences. Or should I say, she helped me see how I could re-package my services in a way that appeals to the public, yet stay true to my vision.
