- GAGoogle AccountApr 5, 20261.0The attendant " Archelle" , l don't know if he's on the spectrum or something else going on that would explain his behavior but his demeanor and overall tone were VERY off putting and condescending . I wasn't greeted , Asked for ID to ship my return. He was rudely dismissive over my shipping request and talked over me as l tried to explain specifically what l needed. I just let him get his rocks off so l could proceed with my business and leave. I witnessed another customer come in and have a completely normal interaction with the other guy working there!

I paid and logged into 2 different computers and made several alterations to my document at the direction Tomas and was still unable to print. Each time I told Tomas I was unable to print he spoke to me very condescendingly and told me multiple incorrect steps to print. Ultimately, Tomas finally realized the printer wasn't plugged in... All this after Tomas and his associate yelled at me when I was simply looking for the bathroom. Very frustrating experience for such a simple task. I have frequented many FedEx Office's but this one is definitely the worst.
