Came in today to take care of some postal business. Miss Jasmine took care of me. She explained the process and time lines and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Apparently, both the supervisor and the employee responsible for resolving this issue are unaware of the service agreement between UPS and USPS. The shipping label in question was purchased through the Shopify Shipping app. According to USPS tracking, the package is currently lost in the system. I received a call from a woman who stated she was the individual designated to resolve undelivered items. I informed her that the service used was USPS Select / UPS Ground Saver, and that the package was dropped off at my local post office as instructed. On Saturday, I received a call from my customer; however, I did not receive any call or notification from the post office regarding inaccurate postage or any other issue. I contacted USPS on Monday, 2/9, in an attempt to obtain information, but my efforts were unsuccessful. Neither employee I spoke with was aware of this service and would not allow me to explain that UPS most likely has possession of the package, as the postage was purchased through UPS and paid in full accordingly. One employee disconnected the call due to a lack of knowledge, and the supervisor I later spoke with was extremely unprofessional. When I requested their names, both individuals refused to provide them. This situation is unacceptable and detrimental to my business operations. It has directly impacted my ability to provide proper customer service to my client. Due to the conduct and lack of knowledge demonstrated, I will be filing a formal complaint.

Just a heads up for anyone using this USPS branch. I have now had multiple prepaid Ground and Priority Mail packages dropped off around 4:00 pm that did not move or get scanned until about 24 hours later. In both cases, tracking showed the packages sitting at this location for a full day before finally being scanned here and sent to the downtown distribution center. This is very different from how this branch operated in the past, where packages usually showed scans within hours. When I called to ask about it, the manager told me this is now standard practice and said it has been this way for about a year. That has not been my experience until recently, which is why I am posting this. If you are mailing something time-sensitive or high-value, you may want to plan for possible delays or get a counter scan.

Put my mail on hold and it was supposed to resume on the 3rd. On the evening of the 5th, it was still not delivered so I called to make sure I’d get it on the 6th. I didn’t. After calling again, I had to drive to the office to pick up my held mail. Apparently they just “forget” to take it off hold even if you call repeatedly!

I went in to get a book of stamps. The line was long, but moved quickly. The manager came out and helped move things along, which was awesome. The 2 ladies were kind & professional. Great location and parking. When I have to go to the Post Office, I typically visit this location and it’s always a good experience. I figured , I’d finally leave a positive review!
