My mail is scanned in so I see it on line what I am to get. I am missing mail a lot. I am currently missing the pandemic cards that were sent out for the kids. I submitted a case that I did not receive the cards and now I haven't received any mail in almost a week.

Not very friendly. The hours are ridiculous. Who closes the whole Post Office for lunch? Seriously, does only 1 person work there?

This Post Office get no stars but in order to post had to give it 1star! I mailed out an important letter to my daughter and she never received it. So I mailed out another letter this time certified mail and my daughter got a slip to come pick up mail and when she went to pick up they could not find it. The manager I spoke to did not help and was more concerned with closing out the case. She gave no reason to why the letter had been missing. So I contact consumer affairs and the manager finally admitted that it was the fault of a new postal carrier. She lied to me but had to own up to Consumer Affairs. Now I'm waiting on them to find the letter. If I have to send mail to Baltimore it will no longer be through USPS. I will spend a little more money to Fed-ex.
