For example today a young lady came and my packages been sitting out there since this morning and she looked at them and left. It says pick up mail below. You all need to hire people who aren’t lazy and wants to work. This is so disappointed. I am a business owner and my packages don’t get picked up often. I have to go to another location to get it dropped off because I know that they will not pick it up. Then I called in for them to pick it up, and the lady on the phone said that she will call the mail carrier to pick up my stuff and it’s 5:29 and my packages are still out there’s now I have to take it to another post office myself so it can be sent on time. This has happened several times. I don’t recommend this post office. and the sad part about it is that I even have this person on camera, looked at the package and left. You all need to train people again!

- LTlatonya thomasAug 14, 20251.0So today experience was the worse so I go to the post office to get mail and forgot my key so the guy behind the counter came off very Unprofessional and said the next time you come I better have my key we all must be mindful to others some have a lot going on and we need to treat others with some respect but I had called to talk to his supervisor and Ms Stanley said I will talk to him , she truly brushed me off and I will be looking to take my services some where else they need to do better with communication and be professional
