One is taller and the other is shorter (sorry I should know their names by name). There is always a line with the lady that is taller, she is not really eager to help you if you have a question, she always sounds confused and not sure of anything. With the other lady - all questions are answered, she literally works at 2x the speed than the taller lady and is so friendly, knows all the services and never makes you feel confused.
