Constantly short staffed, rude and burnt out staff, no one seems to care or to know about what customers service is all about. Made an appointment just for it to be canceled with no notice and no information on when to return. If your job makes you so miserable, please find something else to do with your life.
- TCTony ClanceyJan 27, 20265.0I spoke to Ms. Tonya who is a gem. We lost almost 800 dollars of invites after we mailed them from a post office in Perry Hall area. After 28 days, no one has gotten any of the 70ish envelopes we mailed. She was kind and sympathetic and is walking somewhere to talk to others to see if she can find any info. Plus, the phone was answered on the second ring by a real person. Even if she can’t find the invites, she made me feel better lol. Thank you for listening & being so nice.
