I moved here in July and still haven’t received any mail and I can’t receive any proper help from the 21215 post office. They give misinformation and they’re not focused on work while they’re working. I feel like crying bc no one can tell me what to do to get all my mail.

The hours don’t accommodate people who get off at 5pm and 6 pm.

Stood in line for 10 minutes. Told them I was here to apply to a passport and the lady cut me off telling me to make an appointment. When I told her I had one she said to come back tomorrow because no one was here to do it. Wasted my time and money.

No wonder y people aren’t getting their mail or packages. Postal workers need to be that of great moral character.

Staff is always polite and helpful. I think they are understaffed. It is usually only one person working so the lines can be long.
