Had to stop by a couple of weeks later to do an identity verification, same thing - service was great. Every experience I've had there has been positive.

I have given this 1 star review because this location is often closed because their system is down. They are also always out of stamps. I have gone in 6x needing to purchase stamps and they had no clue when they would receive more.
