When I came I. The post office, she was sitting down on her phone, so maybe that’s what I was interrupting. I don’t often leave negative reviews, but the service today was deplorable.

- DWDarnetia WaltonJan 27, 20251.0Not this office per day but this is the worth service for the smallest thing first it wouldn't take my 1.10 to change my address then I go to the near by branch to get a change of address form they don't have any I've called emailed and eventually someone got back to me because emails was saying they were sending one a gentleman told me he'll send it personally and th day of arrival never came called again never came eventually month later finally gets the form fill it out give it to the mailman and a month later I'm wondering why my mail hasn't been sent here yet cause I asked them to hold the mail then 2mojths later no mail but a letter from the post office stating they can't verify myself and my kids identity so my change of address has not been updated all mail was sent back to whomever sent it or trashed by employee not one piece of mail came to my residents yet as forwarded so I gotta ride to check other or mailbox knock on people door to ask is my mail there and to not throw it away for me so inconvenience

The carriers bend your packages and I just saw that someone opened my mail today and then put it in the mail box. It had to be the worker because I just checked it 15 mins prior. Oh and don't ask for the manager they are never available, I've asked for them on 5 different occasions. Just called there 4 times and the line is busy.
