I called to complain about a mail carrier that refused to bring my package that does not fit in my mailbox’s to my door, the young lady was on the phone as she was walking up to my building online on the 3rd floor and currently out of work on disability. I saw her walking up tot he building so I asked her to bring the package to my door she told me that is not her job and continued to walk away I asked for her name she said Keyonna Carroll. The mailboxes in my building are outside and exposed I live in a city anyone can walk by and take my package. I work hard for my Money and I don’t appreciate the ignorance she displayed as I asked her to bring the package to my door. I called the office which is Shannon Dr and requested to speak with a supervisor the person who answered said her name is “Shai” would not give me a last name I explained what happened and she placed me on hold for a few minutes came back to the phone and said the mail carrier does not have to bring the package because I live in the projects. I explain I do not live in their projects I live in an apartment building with homeowners across the street and a private park. She told Me she can’t confirm what I’m saying because she’s not on the street she also Told me I was being rude because I was in disagreement with her and she continues to talk over me and get ignorant. I asked her if she planned on holding the mail carrier responsible she said no because once again I live in the projects. After correcting her again she said oh well I asked for her name she now has changed her name to Sarah Williams, I said you just told Me your name is Shai she said oh I passed the phone off. I’m so disappointed in our public postal service at this time. I feel for other people with disabilities and the elderly people who have to come in contact with entitled ignorant people who have no customer service skills such as these two women. I have filed a complaint with corporate about Keyona and I will be calling back to file a complaint about Shai or Sarah Williams whoever she really is. Do Better Postal System, I had to go through all of this just because I wanted to get a package I ordered for my son for having a great progress report. Do Better!

I am hitting 60 years old , and have never seen the postal service in such an unreliable situation, I even worked for the postal office years ago. Since, I moved in this zip code , every other day I am receiving others mail, and when I place them back in mail box , noted wrong address it’s still their weeks later. Even had a postal worker tell me to throw it away. This station needs to be investigated. I have lost checks in mail . Had to recall shipments and even lost packages never seen again. If u are the manager reading our reviews plz help , looking forward to to adding our men and women back to our Christmas bonus list. We do appreciate good service.

Today is May 4th, 2021, I have not received any mail since April 17th,2021. I was told that I should receive my mail yesterday and didn't receive not 1 piece of mail. No one on my street have received their mail either. I have no sympathy because of COVID. As somone else stated, these are FRONT LINE workers. It is ridiculous not to receive mail in over two weeks! I have Bills due and money that I am relying on via the US mail service. I cannot get through to anyone on 3 numbers that I have for this mail office. This system at this post office needs to be changed and something needs to be done. I am about to escalate and call the city halls office. Everyone else should do the same.
