Mail is delivered opened tax return and medical documents are always slit open. State and federal documents are always returned as undeliverable mail. Even though federal tax return doc and medical facilities state they never send open mail Envelopes are slit open with letter openers. Also notices that mail attempt was made when I was right at my front door and no attempt was ever made No knock at the door nothing

My house hasn’t gotten mail in about 9 days 7 if you take away the 2 Sundays . But I’m genuinely concerned because the young man that does our block is very theral and professional. So it leaves us to wonder Is everything ok? Since this is very out of the ordinary, I thought maybe the weather played a factor but I have seen mail trucks out working. But if that is the case and we are only human can us residents at least be formally informed. I’m patient but we are facing another government shutdown and Its tax season. At least give us some type of heads up so we can plan accordingly

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. They are extremely unprofessional and waited until the last minute to start helping customers, even though the hours clearly state they open at 10:00 AM and close at 12:00 PM. People were standing in line with limited time to take care of important business, and the staff showed no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. With such a short window of operating hours, you’d expect efficient service — but instead it felt careless and poorly managed. This location really needs better leadership and accountability.

I was suppose to get time sensitive paperwork from my bank along with 5 other pieces of mail including a mail order prescription on Dec 12th. NEVER DELIVERED! started calling on Sat called a total of 12 times, not one time did anyone answer. Started calling on Monday called 17 times and once again no one answered. I had phone on speaker when it stopped ringing and the dial tone came on, I hit redial did this over and over NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. My prescription was delivered on Sat but to the wrong house. My mail is never delivered before 6, 7, 8 at night. Worse service ever.
Would love to know where my bank paperwork is

Forever having issues with carriers not picking up packages! Then they never pick up the phone. This place is just ridiculous. They just do whatever they want, might as well have toddlers running that place
