Not friendly at all. I don't expect great customer service from a UPS store but I didn't expect poor service.

I got shoes from Nike and they partenered with ups I guess so that’s you can pick up your package. When I went there the man asked me for $35 for release of my shoes. He told me it’s illegal to send packages there. I said it’s on the website to send it here. He was rude Asian man older. I will never have anything sent here again.

An Asian man rented me a UPS mailbox with a damaged key. He knew the lock had issues because when he tried to unlock it at first, he struggled, then wiggled it in and told me it was ok. When I returned to check my mail a week later. The key did not work. I asked him for another key. He said, "Next time." I asked him to honor the sign that reads, additional keys are $25. He behaved as though he had no extra keys. Poorest customer service ever.

The owner of this franchise is rude.
Never had such a bad experience with UPS brand until coming here. Despite it being the closest to my apartment, I will now just go out my way to find another.
