If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Im a out of state truck driver and
I had a few packages delivered here from Amazon.
I got half of my order and he refused the rest of the packages. Then proceeded to charge me $70 to pick up the half order.
Absolutely useless P.O.S that shouldn't be working a UPS store.
ADVOID THIS PLACE like it's the new strain of covid.
UPDATE:
The refused package got delivered again when I tried to change the adress.
I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THIS GUY to release my package.
He demanded I delete this review then he would release it after I paid another 70$.
What a day🤣
Maybe he'll straighten up

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! If I could give this store negative stars I would. I went in for a Passport photo, it was 25$ outrageously expensive, (it was my first time getting a passport and I didnt know better) when i got home to upload the photo it was too dark to be accepted (so i did not receive the adequate service i paid for) and when I complained and asked for a refund, the elderly manager was immediately rude, dismissive and defensive, he has no customer service expertise whatsoever. Unfortunately, it is a private, independent UPS franchise so there is no oversight. This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to

I went in to ship a UPS Next Day Air package with a time-sensitive deadline. The store was still open, and I was a paying customer trying to find a solution.
The person assisting me (appeared to be the manager) told me it would miss this location’s cutoff. When I asked if another UPS Store nearby could still meet the cutoff, his response was, “Don’t you have a phone?” He then kept his head down counting cash, would not make eye contact, and did not engage with my questions. He offered no guidance on where to go and told me to look it up instead of helping.
I gave an extra star solely because he did tell me upfront it would not meet the deadline. If the store acknowledges this interaction and commits to basic customer service going forward, I’m open to updating this review.

Not friendly at all. I don't expect great customer service from a UPS store but I didn't expect poor service.

I got shoes from Nike and they partenered with ups I guess so that’s you can pick up your package. When I went there the man asked me for $35 for release of my shoes. He told me it’s illegal to send packages there. I said it’s on the website to send it here. He was rude Asian man older. I will never have anything sent here again.
