Notary service is unreliable and the notary stamps at this location do not have the correct dates and are invalid.

An Asian man rented me a UPS mailbox with a damaged key. He knew the lock had issues because when he tried to unlock it at first, he struggled, then wiggled it in and told me it was ok. When I returned to check my mail a week later. The key did not work. I asked him for another key. He said, "Next time." I asked him to honor the sign that reads, additional keys are $25. He behaved as though he had no extra keys. Poorest customer service ever.

The owner of this franchise is rude.
Never had such a bad experience with UPS brand until coming here. Despite it being the closest to my apartment, I will now just go out my way to find another.

I rarely ever write reviews but I had such a bad experience at this location that I felt the need to do so. Also the other reviews dating back to years and years ago about the same Asian guy solidified that he just hates his job and doesn’t care about anything…he must be the owner because I’m shocked he’s still employed. I walked in to do a simple Amazon return and he started getting loud and being rude when he asked for the barcodes after I clearly showed them to him. There was clearly some confusion but instead of being nice about he just raised his voice and acted like I was stupid. I told him to be nicer and he just laughed again. I’ve done plenty of Amazon returns at other UPS locations and have never had an issue. I didn’t even receive a receipt like I normally do at other locations. He laughed in my face multiple times and when I asked for his full name he only gave me his first name and then told me that I could leave after. Avoid this location at all costs and if the Asian guy is working there expect to receive a bad attitude from the start. Will absolutely be going to another location in the future.
