I questioned employee and was told it will be OK. Well, guess what...the recipient received the smaller box and not the larger because 1 shipping label was used. Larger box is not trackable because it didn't have a label. Recipient received about 20% of what was sent. Thanks Fort UPS Store.

I even asked about printing by from the computer (under the printing services wall( and it’s claimed as broken although the sign says .35 cents for black and white PRINTING. Don’t know if there’s new ownership but I miss the old crew and helpful folks.

Shipping labels are now $3.17 to print, where they used to be free (it’s just a piece of white office paper..). Try to print in advance if possible.
