I've used many services and all of them have been executed to perfection. I went to other UPS stores and have always returned back here for their customer service.

The store regularly has about half the staff that they used to. Long lines just to pick up my packages are now the norm. They often don't long in new packages until late in the evening or the next day. I hope to find a new place to have my package sent.
