After a high-value package went missing in the UPS logistics system for over 10 days with tracking errors, conflicting scans, incorrect delivered locations, and no progress/help from UPS corporate support (the tracking was wrong and a complete mess) Antionette took the time to actually look for it herself, found it, emailed me and held it to prevent RTS. She’s the reason the package was recovered. Thank you, Antionette, you really came through. Have a great New Year!
