The price is fine too. I ran into my first issue a couple of days ago and when I called I was told to come in. I came in to a very busy store and still was treated with very helpful customer service. I learned that the issue I had was actually my mistake and the gentleman working still took the time to help me out. I was really greatful for all the help I recieved. Kindness goes a long way. I will always recommend this Staples. Genuinely a great service.

I had gotten a sign printed same-day for my girlfriend's marathon the next morning, and I intended on picking it up after work. For some reason, I thought that the store closed at 9, and I was horrified to find that it was actually 8 (I work far away and wasn't going to make it in time). I gave the store a call and explained my situation, and the employees (whose names I unfortunately did not catch) were immensely helpful and understanding, and they worked with me to let me pick up the sign 15 minutes after the store closed. I wouldn't have been able to get in before the race the next morning, so them helping me out meant I was able to better support my girlfriend on a very meaningful day to her. Everybody was kind and glad to help, and the quality of the poster was great, too. Thank you so much, guys!
