    I initially had a disappointing experience with Robert Half, feeling ghosted by two separate recruiters. As a job seeker, this added to an already stressful time and left me questioning myself and my qualifications. I expressed my concerns in a review, hoping the agency would understand how ghosting can hurt candidates’ morale, confidence, and trust in the job search process. To their credit, Robert Half responded quickly and sincerely apologized for my experience. Lorena, a recruiter, reached out to me directly. She was not upset by my feedback; instead, she genuinely listened, showed empathy and compassion, and worked to understand my perspective. Lorena also offered a solution moving forward and even presented a potential work opportunity. Additionally, Lorena had previously provided helpful feedback on my resume, which has resulted in increased recognition and responses from other potential employers over the past week. I appreciate Robert Half’s willingness to listen and take action, and I am grateful for Lorena’s professionalism and support. Thank you to Lorena and the team for your responsiveness and for making a sincere effort to address my concerns. I hope the agency continues to prioritize communication and candidate care, as it truly makes a difference.

    Horrible experience. They didnt try to help me out. I asked the manager what if I never worked, she told me well I worked somewhere. I think they cater to who they want to and pass out jobs to who they want to. I was with them in AUGUST 2018 and never got a call for a job but called everyday to be put on the list. I also filled out apps through there website and still never got a call. Until now MARCH 2019 I have to reregister and go through everything again. How frustrating is that when your tryna to find work especially after the government shutdown. I will always let ppl know that Officeteam does not work like a team and does not care about the employees only the clients! Ps. If I dont have a reference that shouldn't stop me from getting a job or them being my resource.

    Horrible experience with them. Their recruiters are unprofessional and are concerned only with filling quotas. They don’t listen to your preferences and offer you whatever lands in front of them, regardless of your education/commuting needs/pay expectations. One recruiter even became confrontational with me when I refused to accept a week-long job. They did not help me find a position, and they don’t care about you as a person - it’s all about money to them!

    I interviewed with one of the recruiters and she seemed very uninterested and unenthusiastic about placing me in a position. If I work with a recruiter I want someone who has energy and a go getter attitude . She I won't say names was very dry and didn't seem like she cared . People that go to a job agency is looking for work , we don't have time to hound down a recruiter . Such a waste of time and a bad experience . I don't know what they do but their not placing anyone in jobs . The companies need to hire new recruiters who actually care and gonna place people in positions and have a upbeat attitude.
