To their credit, Robert Half responded quickly and sincerely apologized for my experience. Lorena, a recruiter, reached out to me directly. She was not upset by my feedback; instead, she genuinely listened, showed empathy and compassion, and worked to understand my perspective. Lorena also offered a solution moving forward and even presented a potential work opportunity. Additionally, Lorena had previously provided helpful feedback on my resume, which has resulted in increased recognition and responses from other potential employers over the past week. Please don’t waste ppls time there looking for a job not to drag there feet on employment 👎🏽
