  Had a bad experience with this company in 2016 with two different recruiters. They popped up on my Facebook page the other day so I figured I'd give them another go at it. Called 800# sent to voicemail, called a local # and explained what I just said and was told folks are on the phone( SO EVERYONE IS ON THE PHONE???) I was advised to leave a message in the mailbox and someone will return my call. I LEFT A MESSAGE That was at least 6hrs ago. I GUESS EVERYONE IS STILL ON THE PHONE....NO RETURN CALL! I just called another location- no answer, no voicemail nothing it just rang. What on earth is going on here?

  Very upsetting to see the lack of support given in job hunting. I used to have extremely positive experiences, converted in every position which makes them more money and still no job. I reached out initially 2/25 heard nothing back from anyone for months. I finally followed up with the VP in October because I used to work internally at which time there was almost an immediate movement in being interviewed. I was first met with snottiness and told I would need to retake assessments because everything is “Merit” based. I placed within 97% on all skills assessments and have a Master’s degree, did I mention I CONVERTED at EVERY position that was temp to hire? I was then placed on a temp assignment 11/25 that was supposed to last until end of year, it was crashed 2wks early and the recruiter I was working with (out of PA) had someone else communicate with me that the contract was ending. I reached out to my recruiter in the Baltimore office BEFORE the assignment was ending, as it approached its end, and after it ended. She kept telling me the position I was interested in was waiting for confirmation from the client. It’s been a month with no response on that position, BUT she did reach out with a position paying $18/hr- which is $12/hr LESS than my profile lists I will accept. I also informed her I applied for several other positions, and her response was they’re not with my team. The last short assignment 11/25-12/25 was not with her team either but I somehow received communication from them on her behalf. Had I not reached out to the VP I probably wouldn’t have received any communication and it’s been almost a year since my initial separation from my employer to be placed on a 6wk assignment. VERY POOR service!

  I had a great experience working with Robert Half Baltimore. I friend recommended I contact them. They reviewed my qualifications and connected me with a great company. They were very professional. I definitely recommend working with this talented team.

  This Agency was not very helpful you can stay in contact with them and all they can tell you is that we will let them know that you are available to work who are they talking about. and why have i not gotten a call back yet
