    Our business never had issues with ready refresh until they merrged with Primo. We were scheduled for a dispenser cleaning in April 2025, that never happend. I've called numerous times to complain about this and their missed deliveries, i'm always promised it will be marked as a priority and can be done the next day. They never show up! It's now October and I've had to contact them again for rescheduling my deliveries and cleaning everyday for the past 3 weeks. All I get is a promise that it will be marked as a priority and this is due to staffing issues. We're looking into other companies because this is insane.

    If I could give one star I would. Now let me make this clear this complaint is against ReadyRefresh Primo water delivery services. I signed up for it in Sam’s Club in Gaithersburg Md. The Man that helped me name was Raul. I was charged $42 and never once did I receive water, they were suppose to come 9/12 but kept rescheduling it and gaslighting me to believe it was coming that day all for it to not show up at all. This went on until the 3rd time they tried and I requested a refund. They claimed at first I was never charged but I have records I was charged that day in Sam’s Club. Never received a refund and they are giving me the run around. This company is clearly a scam. I went with another water company and it was delivered the next day! I will report this everywhere because this is not okay. My mother has a condition where she needs water! This was extremely horrible to go through and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have yet to even get my money back and never had any water delivered.

    Pésimo servicio!!! Hice el pedido para un día lunes....me llega mensaje q llegara el sábado anterior... Dejo mis planes para esperar el primer servicio con dispensador....y a último momento,sin aviso lo pasan a 1 semana después.... Ese es el servicio q ofrecen??? Una falta de respeto,me arruinaron mi día libre.... Ya no quiero su servicio q nunca recibí, 3 actualizaciones de entrega!!! Es un chiste!!! Estoy furiosa

    Used this company for monthly delivery for my office in Baltimore. If all goes as planned, the service is satisfactory. If you have a need to get a hold of customer service, you will only be able to reach a call center located who knows where. They will tell you what you want to hear, but ultimately you are out of luck if you have a legit customer service issue that needs handled. I have 10 empties that need picked up. They keep not showing up to get them. I’ll keep trying but I’ve already canceled service with them and signed up with a truly local company.
