It's now October and I've had to contact them again for rescheduling my deliveries and cleaning everyday for the past 3 weeks. All I get is a promise that it will be marked as a priority and this is due to staffing issues. We're looking into other companies because this is insane.

I signed up for it in Sam’s Club in Gaithersburg Md. The Man that helped me name was Raul. I was charged $42 and never once did I receive water, they were suppose to come 9/12 but kept rescheduling it and gaslighting me to believe it was coming that day all for it to not show up at all. This went on until the 3rd time they tried and I requested a refund. They claimed at first I was never charged but I have records I was charged that day in Sam’s Club. Never received a refund and they are giving me the run around. This company is clearly a scam. I went with another water company and it was delivered the next day! I will report this everywhere because this is not okay. My mother has a condition where she needs water! This was extremely horrible to go through and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have yet to even get my money back and never had any water delivered.
