    Had an issue with the delivery of my package so I went to the center to resolve said issue. The gentleman at the front desk was so extremely helpful. He addressed my concerns and helped ensure I was able to retrieve my package the same day. He attempted to address all my concerns. He was definitely not the issue, but handled my frustrations with grace and empathy. Will definitely go back for any delivery or shipping needs.

    The customer service was unaware of shipping practices. I had plants sent here to avoid being left outside or stolen. Plant Story has an option to have live plants shipped and held at a FEDEX location and 3 times I have to explain the process (I was there 2 weeks in a row) and the clerks were unaware! The last straw was when I returned next day, they gave my package back to the USPS driver when it was found versus keeping it for me to pick up the next day.

    Best price if you go directly to FedEx. I stopped at two middleman stores to send a FedEx envelope. The first wanted $32 for two-day delivery, but their label machine wasn’t working. The second couldn’t even give me a price because their label machine was down too. Finally, I went straight to a FedEx store, $10.95 for two-day delivery, and guess what? Their label machine actually works. You’d think those third-party shops charging triple the price would at least keep their equipment working. It's a little suspicious that out of the three places I went, two of them had the label machine out of commission. 🤔
