  This is my go-to spot for shipping in the Rosedale area. The service is consistently quick, but the real highlight is their late drop-off time. Being able to get packages in as late as 8:30 PM is a lifesaver when you're on a tight deadline. Highly recommended!

  This is the only place close by to ship and the computer was down so I wasted my time. They could not give any receipts not even hand written.

  Very efficient and friendly staff. It's tucked away at the back of the office park. When you come in off Golden Ring Road, just keep following the main drive to the left and you'll arrive at the FedEx Ship Center. The Customer Service Entrance is as the far end of the building, which is a bit counter-intuitive for customers (but not for trucks coming & going). Just pass the truck bays, which will be on your right. There is one handicapped spot right in front of the Customer Service Entrance doors. FYI: The van access area is on the right side of the parking space.

  Writing to advise any customers considering using this location to reconsider. This location lost an expensive and priceless wedding ring that was to be delivered by this location. After one attempted delivery, the ring never made it back to the shipping center and has now been deemed lost by the location. FedEx's broader customer service process exacerbates the difficulty in rectifying their mistake. As the impacted customer, we were told to first file a delivery incident ticket through their customer service line for an investigation at the location. Once the location deemed the product lost, the only obligation of the location was to close to the ticket without needing to inform us. We only know this because of the hours spent on the phone with customer service and speaking with representatives from the location on-site. From there a claim needs to be filed by the seller to even begin to initiate reimbursement process. FedEx apparently carries no responsibility in initiating this process so the onus of contacting the seller to file the claim is on the customers. We are now (2) weeks removed from the failed service of this location that has required many hours of personal time spent to be informed that the ring was indeed lost by this delivery or warehouse team. There is no timeline for reimbursement and the location has ensured us that there is nothing that they can do. With many other shipping services to use, I cannot imagine ever using FedEx for our needs again. Only rating this 1 star because Google review does not permit users to post 0 stars, but I can assure you that even this 1 star review is excessively generous.

  Did not think the clerk was very nice. You can't expect everyone that walks in knows where to find labels x scales etc
