The gentleman representative seemed to get a thrill out of refusing me service. I will avoid FedEx from now on. This is likely because everyone is getting too lazy and checked out to actually meet the needs of their customers. Another example of service dying. Special Note The team at UPS store at Rotunda in Baltimore are excellent!!!

I was not informed up front about services and olwhen I questioned the representative for clarity he was annoyed. He failed so to see how he over charged me and did not make an attempt to make any adjustments. I will NOT be returning to this location. Clearly needs to employ individuals who are apt and capable of interfacing with customers and servicing their needs.
