They do need to have a better way to locate received packages, they had to look in 3 different places even though my package was right behind the counter in the first place.

I misremembered the date TWICE and had Melissa and James searching through transactions from three different days and they did so with amazing and consistent customer service. I was on my own nerves, but they were incredibly kind and found the tracking number I needed. James also gave me a great tip of saving my FedEx # as a phone number in my phone so I would always have it. Unfortunately for them, they have guaranteed a return customer.

When requesting one from an employee, I'm not sure if he was special needs or just not capable of performing this job, but the poor guy couldn't even comprehend the appropriate size of a box nor had any understanding of the product. This store can't even fulfill the simplest of requests, and they have a bad attitude while doing so.
