- TJT J1 day ago1.0I experienced terrible customer service and incompetence by the representative Tomas. I paid and logged into 2 different computers and made several alterations to my document at the direction Tomas and was still unable to print. Each time I told Tomas I was unable to print he spoke to me very condescendingly and told me multiple incorrect steps to print. Ultimately, Tomas finally realized the printer wasn't plugged in... All this after Tomas and his associate yelled at me when I was simply looking for the bathroom. Very frustrating experience for such a simple task. I have frequented many FedEx Office's but this one is definitely the worst.

The gentleman representative seemed to get a thrill out of refusing me service. I will avoid FedEx from now on. This is likely because everyone is getting too lazy and checked out to actually meet the needs of their customers. Another example of service dying. Special Note The team at UPS store at Rotunda in Baltimore are excellent!!!
- AMAsk MeJan 10, 20261.0Just had a bad experience at this Fedex location. Customer Sevice representatives are not friendly at all. I was not informed up front about services and olwhen I questioned the representative for clarity he was annoyed. He failed so to see how he over charged me and did not make an attempt to make any adjustments. I will NOT be returning to this location. Clearly needs to employ individuals who are apt and capable of interfacing with customers and servicing their needs.
