We welcome the use of your company's custom logo at no additional charge. You can send your logo via email or on a CD for inclusion in your order.
Do you have any general logos that can be added to my order and does it cost extra to include them on my order?
We offer a wide selection of stock logos at no extra cost. Our library includes hundreds of options for you to choose from.
How much does it cost for printing in a color other than black?
There is no additional charge for printing in any of our six standard ink colors: light blue, medium blue, red, green, brown, and black. For custom colors, we apply a $20 fee per order.
I have a form that I am using now that I do not see on your website. Can you still print it?
Absolutely. Our art department can replicate any form you send us. We guarantee 100% satisfaction, ensuring your form will align perfectly with your software program.
How much is shipping?
We provide free ground shipping on all orders. For expedited shipping, we charge only the difference between air and ground rates.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only applicable for orders shipped within Maryland, where our company is located.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Stock items ship the same day if ordered by 5:30 PM EST. Custom printed orders typically take 2-3 weeks. For urgent requests, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
How many parts are available for your forms?
We offer forms with up to six parts. You can customize the paper color sequence to your preference. Our standard sequence is white, yellow, pink, gold, green, and blue.
Can you provide me with the names of some of your companies that use your services?
We'd be happy to provide references. Please call us for company names and contact information. We can also mail you samples of printed products similar to your request.
What payments types do you offer?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit terms are available for companies meeting our credit guidelines.
