  Just wrapped up sending a letter through DHL to France and Toni was so helpful! She was super thorough and efficient, made sure all info provided was correct, and answered my many questions.   The lady over the counter has so much patience. Me and my wife we went to fedex and Ups, their customer service was real poor. Dhl even gave us way cheaper price along with the best customer service. They will help you pack your package really well. Too much patience!!

  I was there to send a package and the lady in the front Sain was very helpful and made the process much easier. She really knows what she was doing.
