First of all... your low ratings speak volumes!! I've never seen a group of employees more dedicated to not doing their job or being miserable while doing it, than at this location. I ship a ton of items weekly and go out of my way to avoid the post office closest to me, because they are THAT horrible. From the post master down to his lemmings, the attitude, lack of customer service and full display of frustration when they have to do their jobs, becomes a ridiculous dance between playing nice and having to tell them about themselves like a group of toddlers unaware that they're in a workplace environment. Avoid this location if you can, the experience alone is not worth the aggravation. They do have ONE nice teller that just concerns herself with doing her job and is always super friendly, the other two.. the older one and the one with the weird fan around her neck.. those two are miserable and lead with horrible attitudes! The post master at this location is just as rude and has zero idea how to talk to customers, it quickly becomes clear who perpetuates the atmosphere at this location within seconds of any interaction with him. Severna Park and any Annapolis location do it right and have systems in place for customers with bulk orders, always lead with a smile and positive attitude and do not target specific customers.. this Arnold on the other hand, their customer service skills are lacking and their attitudes towards regular customers is beyond disgusting. We call your location the "Gross Office" in our shop... literally none of our employees enjoy having to drop off at this location! AVOID IF YOU CAN.. OR BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE TO USE THIS LOCATION.

The mail carrier never came by, lied about coming by, and claimed they couldn't access our delivery location when in fact, our roads are clear, our driveway is clear, and the porch box is easy access. I really need this package and I was counting on getting it today. I'm going to call the main number tomorrow and file a complaint against the driver for today, 02/03/26. That mail carrier is lazy and inconsiderate. I hope they get fired.

Our company used this post office for 30 years. We mailed certified mail every two weeks which we dropped off. We had an arrangement where we would drop off and they would process the certified letters in-between customers or before the office opened. This arraingment was made as we would be in line for 2-3 hours while they processed the letters. 3 weeks ago we were told by Joanne that they could no longer accomodate us as they were short staffed. She then told us that we had to rearrange how we do business to satisfy their needs. Unfortunately we could not do this and decided to seek help with our mail elsewhere. Ended up going to the Severna Park post office and they processed our certified letters THE SAME DAY, IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. There was two postal employees who processed my work at Severna Park, the same amount that were at Arnold.

Had not been inside for a while. Unfortunately went to post on dice, was closed. Boxes not big enough for packages
